Antra ID LLC., as the Data Controller, provides the following information in relation to the processing of the data provided on the Contact Form of the website https://www.antra.hu/ – in accordance with its obligation to provide information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).
Antra ID LLC. processes the personal data of website visitors carefully and in accordance with the obligations imposed by national and European Union legislation in order to fully exercise the right of informational self-determination.

The web server automatically registers the IP address of the visitor, records the type of operating system and browser used by the visitor, the terms searched on the site, other non-personal information (time of visit, menu item viewed). These statistical data are used only in aggregated and processed form to improve our service. This data is not linked in any way to the personal data provided by users, and therefore no personal data is processed during server logging.
The following persons are entitled to access the personal data provided: sales staff of Antra ID LLC.

The data subject may request information about the processing of his or her personal data, request the rectification or erasure of his or her personal data, withdraw the data, exercise his or her right to data portability and objection, request the restriction of processing in the manner indicated when the data were collected or contact the Controller.

Right of access: the data subject has the right to be informed of the personal data processed by the Controller and has the right to access those data.
Right to rectification: the data subject has the right to request the rectification or updating of his or her personal data where the data are inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure: the data subject has the right to request the erasure of his or her personal data.
Right to restriction: the data subject has the right to obtain the temporary or permanent suspension of the processing of all or part of his or her personal data by the Controller.
Right of objection: the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data by the Controller on grounds relating to his or her particular situation; and the data subject has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes.
The right to data portability: the data subject has the right to request a copy of his or her personal data in electronic format and to have his or her personal data transferred for use in another party’s service.
Right to be exempted from a decision based on automated decision-making: the data subject has the right to be exempted from a decision based solely on automated decision-making, including profiling, where the decision taken would have legal effects or similarly significant effects on the data subject.
The Controller shall provide the data subject with information without undue delay in the event of a request for information or an objection or complaint regarding the processing, within the time limits provided for by the applicable legislation. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this time limit may be extended as provided for by law. Where the data subject has made the request by electronic means, the information shall, as far as possible, be provided by electronic means, unless the data subject requests otherwise. If the Controller fails to act on the data subject’s request, the Controller shall inform the data subject without delay and at the latest within the time limit laid down by law of the reasons for the failure to act and of the right to lodge a complaint with the Controller and the data protection authority and to seek judicial remedy.
